Paintshop Pro X2 question. How do I remove the background in a picture?

I have a really nice picture of my son however you can see the fridge in the background and I want to remove that. Any tips?

Try selecting the parts of the image you want, and just paste it into a new layer, then delete the old layer.

Or you can just paint over or blur the parts you don't want in the picture.

I don't know how to do it with Paintshop Pro. But I know Photoshop will do it.
