Pairing motorola hs850 headset with nokia 6680

Question

I have had this HS since christmas and it has worked fine. I made a few calls on it today, but a few hours ago I had tried to answer a call and it wouldn't pick it up. I closed it then opened it and still it won't connect. I have a razr V3c. I turned my phone off then back on. I tried re-bonding. It says "no devices found". Checked to make sure Bluetooth was set to "on" on my phone. The HS blinks like it's supposed to when I open it. When I go into the "handsfree" menu and click on "Motorola HS850" it says "seeking" and then it says "unable to connect." Is it my phone or the headset that is not working?
