Pakefield Charly likely to dominate proceedings in BAGS/SIS 500 - Heat 3
Pakefield Charly is expected to dominate proceedings in the BAGS/SIS 500 - Heat 3 at Nottingham in England on Monday, March 26, 2012. The winner of the Grade A3 event will walk away with a cash prize of £150.
The race distance to cover for the greyhounds will be 500 metres and the event will start at 19:16 GMT. Following are the entries confirmed: Pakefield Charly, Westmead Sienna, Chapelane Angel, Cool Biko, Romeo Vieri and Junior Beauty.
The bookmakers have full confidence in the abilities of Pakefield Charly, who has been in spectacular form over the past few months. He has got plenty of experience and has been delivering consistent results recently.
L. Cook’s trainee has finished amongst top two in his past five outings, which shows that he has is in great touch at the moment. However, he has only been victorious once, which might discourage the punters from placing bets in his favour.
The veteran hound finished runner up in his most recent outing at Nottingham, despite being the favourite to win. He was crowded badly in the middle section of the race, which cost him crucial time. He did recover afterwards, but that was not enough to put
him on top of the table.
The black dog is the son of Droopys Maldini out of Dromana Bessie and was born in March 2007.
On the other hand, Westmead Sienna is also a decent runner and the bookmakers expect her to fight her for victory at Nottingham today. She has been in good form recently, thus the bettors will be eager to risk some money over her.
A. Stevens’ trainee was struggling for form a few months ago, but she has found the winning momentum and looks in great shape at the moment. She seems to be in full flow and will not make life easy for the rest of the participants.
In her most recent outing, Westmead Sienna finished on top of the table. She was the joint favourite to prevail in that event and lived up to the expectations of everyone.
The black b***h is the daughter of Ballymac Maeve out of Westmead Swift and was born in March 2009.
Chapelane Angel, Cool Biko and Romeo Vieri are also good runners and might cause an upset at Nottingham today.
