Pakistan Cricket Board all set to sign a national coach contract with Dav Whatmore - Cricket News Update
According to latest reports from Pakistan, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has summoned http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Davenell-Frederick-Whatmore-c52571 to finalize the terms of his contract as the new coach of the national cricket team.
The news surfaced late Saturday night, when the PCB officially announced that Whatmore would be arriving in Pakistan in mid-January to finalize the terms of his contract.
However, a PCB source rejected the possibility of Whatmore taking charge for http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Pakistan-c755’s series against England in January.
“We are in discussions with [Dev] Whatmore. In fact, we have called him next month to negotiate and hope to reach a final agreement with him" Subhan Ahmed, the PCB's chief operating officer told ESPNcricinfo.
Subhan further added, “I think the Board Chairman has already made it clear that the current team management will continue for the series against http://www.senore.com/Cricket/England-c56013 from next month. But yes, Whatmore will be in Pakistan around January 14 or 15th to hold a final round of talks."
