Pakistan’s current One Day International (ODI) skipper Misbah-ul-Haq in a television interview with a Pakistani sports channel has insisted that he will not prolong his career if he deems his time has come to bid farewell to the game.
Rejecting concerns by critics regarding his age, the 37-year-old batsman insisted that he was still fit and will keep playing for the national team till the time he could retain his physical fitness. He insisted that it was wrong to hold on to a place in

a tally of 260 runs posted by India at the http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Punjab-c833 Cricket Association Stadium, Mohali.
Pakistan could only post a total of 231 runs, where Haq remained the highest scorer from his side by playing an innings of 56 runs off 76 deliveries. However, his effort went to waste by failing to win the game of the home side. Many in Pakistan demanded
an immediate sidelining of the player who failed to find boundaries which added pressure on the other batsmen.
Nonetheless, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has shown confidence in the abilities of the middle-order batsman and feels that he is the appropriate man to lead the Pakistan team.
