Speaking on the matter, the 31-year-old former one-day captain said, “I think he has done the right thing and brave thing. I think he should have done this earlier. But even if late it is good he has realised his mistake.”
Afridi felt that it was time for Amir’s partners in crime Mohammad Asif and Salman Butt to also come forward and admit their involvement in spot-fixing.
