After the controversial tour of England, the Pakistani fans will be happy to know that the Pakistani cricketers have been educated on the code of conduct around match-fixing and corruption. According to
Pakistan’s new cricket manager, Intikhab Alam, the players have been told that if any line was crossed with regards to corruption, they would be sent back home from the series against http://www.senore.com/Cricket/South-Africa-c757.

The Pakistan Cricket Board had earlier brought in a code of conduct within the Pakistani domestic and national structure with an idea on creating awareness on the laws governing corruption in cricket. The
PCB had been forced by the International Cricket Council to do so or face sanctions after the recent controversies surrounding match-fixing seemed to have hit the game hard.

Alam said: “The message is loud and clear. Enough is enough and the players will have to abide by the code of conduct. We have spelt out everything. The players will be given everything in writing as well.
If something happens next time, they will not be able to say that they did not know anything about it."

Alam said that he will take it upon himself to ensure that the players behaved in accordance with the code of conduct. He added, “With the eyes of the cricket world on us, they will have to be at their best
behaviour and prove Pakistan's critics wrong,”

The Pakistan manager also said that he hoped that situation did not come to such a pass that any of the players had to be sent back home due to indiscipline.

However, Alam did say that the Pakistani cricket was on the right track after having taken the steps that the ICC had demanded of them.

Alam was the coach of the Pakistani cricket team during their ill-fated tour of http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Australia-c746 earlier this year when the side lost all the nine games they played in. Alam was sacked after that and replaced  by
Waqar Younis.
