Pakistan will be taking on South Africa in the first match of the Twenty20 series that will be played on 26th October in the http://www.senore.com/Cricket/United-Arab-Emirates-c3033. Both the teams are in the deserts of the middle east and extremely hopeful of playing a competitive
series.
The tour comprises of, 2 T20’s, 5 ODIs and two Test matches. Pakistan will be playing their first series, after the spot fixing scandal during their England tour. The Captains of both the teams are extremely hopeful of putting up a good show on the tour.
Graeme Smith suggested, "I think generally there are always one or two things going on in Pakistan cricket, so they're pretty used to dealing with stuff like that at least from a playing perspective,". "We still expect them to be very competitive on this
tour and conditions to suit them."
The two teams have extremely talented individuals, who can change the fate of the game singlehandedly. Bettor.com wants to analyse the quality of players of Pakistan, who will be making an impact in the first match.
Shahid Afridi
http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Shahid-Afridi-c2482, the captain of the Pakistan team will be more than responsible as he will be leading the side with new hope and enhanced spirits. As everyone knows’ Afridi doesn’t need any recognition as he has bashed the first century in the history of One
day international cricket. The basher boasts an ODI strike rate of 114 and his rate (140) of scoring runs in the shortest format of the game is phenomenal.
In Pakistan’s Triumph at the ICC World T20 in England, Shahid played a pivotal role both with the bat and the ball. His successive half centuries in the final and the semi-final of the cup stole the show from the opponents to win his team the ultimate reward.
One of his most notable performances featured http://www.senore.com/Cricket/South-Africa-c757 on the receiving end. At first, he devastated their bowling attack by scoring a %1 runs off 37 balls and helped his team pile up a fighting total of 150 runs. Then, along with Saeed Ajmal, spun the
Proteas to a 6 run defeat, taking a match winning 2/16.
South Africans will be aware of the devastation that the Pakistan captain can causes as an all-rounder.
Shahzaib Hassan
Shahzaib Hassan’s story of entering Pakistan cricket team is like so many illustrious countrymen as he appeared on the international scene at the very young age of 19. It is due to his devastating performances at the domestic level that he has earned a place
in national colours. In his first season in 2008 at the domestic level, Hassan showed great signs of brutality as he gathered 250 runs in 7 matches at an impressive strike rate of 96.11.
The Karachi opener played an important role in Pakistan’s campaign at the T20 world cup on English soil. He not only gathered huge scores, but alongside Kamran Akmal gave Pakistan some solid starts. In doing so, he laid the foundation for the final burst
from the late order batsman.
In the recently concluded Faysal bank T20 cup, the dasher had been the most effective run getter. In the competition, he played 3 games and scored 210 runs at an average of 105 at a blatant strike rate of 180.
So far, Hassan hasn’t been able to make an impact at the international level. In 8 T20’s he has only managed to score 102 runs at an average of just 12. He is yet to score a half century in all his outings.
The youngster hasn’t played much cricket against the South Africans yet, and the opposition doesn’t know much about him so it will be a great opportunity for the youngster to find a permanent place in cricket’s shortest form of the game.
