Pakistani tainted trio disallowed from playing at academy
The three Pakistani cricketers, Salman Butt, Mohammad Amir and Mohammad Asif, who were provisionally suspended by the International Cricket Council after allegations of spot-fixing had broken out, have
now been banned from practicing at the Pakistani national academy by the Pakistan Cricket Board. According to the PCB, the trio have been asked to stop using the academy for practice till the probe was completed.

According to the PCB spokesperson, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Nadeem-Sarwar-c78422, "A written decision was given to the players that they cannot practise at the national cricket academy while their case is on."

The trio had been a part of the Pakistani squad for the tour of England but were suspended after the allegations broke out. They were asked to remain back in the UK for a few days so that the Scotland Yard
could interrogate them. They were then sent back to http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Pakistan-c755 even as the side played five ODIs against England. The spot-fixing allegations are related to the deliberate bowling of no-balls during the Lord’s Test between England and Pakistan.

Earlier, Butt had told the media that he was looking to clear his name as quickly as possible so that he could play for Pakistan again. He had revealed that he had been practicing at the cricket academy in
order to remain in touch with the game.

The ICC is conducting an independent hearing for the three players' appeals in Doha in http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Qatar-c2986 on 30 and 31 October.

The move comes after the ICC had warned the Pakistan Cricket Board to implement the ICC’s code of conduct for the anti-corruption at the domestic level as well or face sanctions from the apex cricketing body.

Pakistan play http://www.senore.com/Cricket/South-Africa-c757 in a five-match ODI series apart from two T20Is and two Test matches at Abu Dhabi and Dubai. All three were not included in the Pakistani squad, but a fourth Pakistani cricketer,
Wahab Riaz, who was also questioned by the http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Scotland-c756 Yard is a part of the team.
