Pal and NTSC dvd Player Question?

Ok, so Im really like the tv show H20 Just add water... and i want to buy all the seasons on dvd or blue ray (Perabley Blue Ray, but either will due) The only problem with that is that the tv show is Australian. So You can only buy it in Pal format... but being American that doesn't work. So is there a dvd player that can play both, Or will the Ps3 play both, ... and will the tv matter? I've seen some questions on this... but they didnt make any sence...like about regions and stuff...lol I dont know.

um im pretty sure since the show is new they dont have that yet but  try searching it on ebay they have EVERYTHING im serious!
