Maurizio Zamparini, the Palermo president, revealed he had not received any offers for 21-year-old attacking midfielder, Javier Pastore. The Argentine international has been speculated to make a move away from the Serie A side in the upcoming summer transfer
window and has been linked with some of Europe’s top sides.
English Premier League giants http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38605 and Real Madrid for the young playmaker’s signature. Serie A side Juventus are the latest side to join the chase for the Palermo sensation. However, Palermo
have made it clear they do not wish to sell their best young player any time soon.
Zamparini said while speaking to reporters, "We have not been contacted by Juventus and I really don't think he enters into the Bianconeri's budget. player has said he doesn't want to move and will remain at Palermo, unless he changes his mind."
The club president has insisted that Pastore does not want to make a move away at the end of the current campaign. Even if the player was interested in transferring to another side in the summer, Zamparini has gone ahead and attached a very high price-tag
to the player. He said he expected an amount of “Upwards of 50 million Euros (£44.5m),” for Pastore.

been highly successful with the side, going on to win the Serie A Young Footballer of the Year award in 2010.
Since his arrival in 2009, Pastore has scored a total of 16 goals for the Sicily side in 67 appearances and has provided 11 assists in all competitions. In his first season he made 35 appearances and found the back of the net 3 times while providing 5 assists.
His goal tally has improved immensely this season, in 41 appearances he has scored 13 goals so far, with 6 assists.
