Pali crib conversion to a bed

Question

I have a Pali crb that is over 8 years old. Now our youngest is ready to go into a "big girl" bed & I know that the crib converst somehow to a bed. I don't know the name of the crib though & can't find the instructions. The crib is white wood with a sleigh back (along the side). Can you offer any help with the conversion? Thanks so much.
