Why are people talking about Obama's mom??? I dont think she is a republican!!! The point of this Q is - The republicans are Hypocrites! They impose their beliefs on others and at the same time, find themselves in the same boat as everyone else! Guess what republicans, you are NOT different from any of us! You are NOT better! Your beliefs are not better! They are either Black or White! They are a way of controlling people!

This is the daughter's second baby...the first was her "brother." These people are weird. Here's the story of how Sarah covered up for her daughter's first pregnancy (with the Down's Syndrome baby) and then gets stuck with a second pregnancy almost immediately, (If she is pregnant at all at this time?)

The religous right would be disappointed, but happy to see that the family unit is taking care of things without an abortion.  Politically speaking I'd rather vote for a VP candidate who's teenager is pregnant then a presidential candidate who's friends are Rezko, Ayers and Wright.

Actually most parents do NOT support a teen getting pregnant.Similarly most loving parents will support a teen once pregnant. This is true if you are right or left in your ideaology.

This is just proof that abstinence only s*x education can not work 100% of the time, and that while abstinence should be preached, in s*x ed programs, other options need to be made aware of.

Of course I am also glad that the Palin family does not consider abortion as just another form of birth control.

You know...I think it's so funny that the press makes such a huge deal of all of this.  By the time a child is that old, there's not a lot the parents can do to control what they do.  As a religious person, I feel that it is not the best choice to have s*x outside of marriage, and I will do my best to instill that knowledge into my children.  But they reach a certain age where they do what they want to do, no matter how great the parenting has been.  I will love my child even if she/he makes a decision that I don't agree with.  I'm sure Palin is the same way.  I don't think people should judge Palin for the decisions that her almost adult daughter made.
