YES, she is & absolutely!!!!!!   And I HOPE SO! He(McCain)  can say that he knew about it all he wants...it's his party ....REPUBLICANS that have made teenage pregnancy from young people of color an issue...which in turn makes it an immigration issue...if this VP nominee would have been of color & a dem. Barrack would have been in the tank but this is a McCain ...a REPUBLICAN issue...so those initially supporting Hilary should run to her ("Palin") the repub. VP nom. immediately...I don't freakin" think soooooo!

You know, I think there will be a few hundred thousand supporters who are discouraged and/or angered by the fact she's pregnant, because of the abstinence only stance that many conservatives, including Palin, hold; however, considering there will most likely be just shy about 100 million voters voting for each candidate (I think it's going to be a big election), I think most people will just like dismiss it as no big deal.

I think Palin's own record, and these rumors about the brother-in-law, especially if they turn out to be true, will definitely be a bigger issue than a pregnant daughter.

Obama will use anything available to attack McCain.  Traditionally parties are not to attack the other during their respective conventions,  McCain congratulated Obama via a tv ad last week but Obama crossed that line when he had some ammo.  Being a conservative Palin's situation will only help bring more liberal women to McCain because they will relate with the "mother and wife" issues.

Once the whole Palin VeeP buzz goes down, I think it won't even be talked about, right now I think a lot of people are trying to find things against her. I've also heard a lot of talk saying this could even boost McCain, because Palins life is 'so real'

No. The media is slanting it, but it is backfiring against them. This is going to tick off many of the dems supporters. First they where attacking a 4 month old baby because it has down syndrome. Then they are attacking a teenage pregnant mother. They all ready pissed off enough women for dissing Hillary. You will also have the dem ticket looking like some jerk males attacking the working mom at the office.
