  1. You can tell the daughter is pregnant, I noticed it before anyone mentioned it while seeing her hold her baby infant brother. She has to go public cause people will wonder if she is getting fat or just pregnant.  It's better to put the truth out there, and frankly, there are so many promiscious ladies and men out there that no one bashes an eyelash for them, so this gal Bristol fooled around with her boyfriend. Maybe she needed more love, but alot of high school girls fool around and get pregnant, they just aren't in the limelight now.

I commend her to keep the baby and eventually marry the baby's father.  If it so happens, but noticed we didn't make a big buzz about George and Laura Bush's two daughters either.  So why this, cause it's just new news is all.  And she is putting her belieft in being pro-life first and holding that first, as I did when I got raped and pregnant, I delivered a baby boy, but back 30 years ago, the Catholic church ostrasized me and my baby, now it's a bit better and more accepting.

Bristol's beliefs that she is molded by her parents Todd & Sarah. So Bristol is pro-life and showing her pregnancy. She is not a snake in the grass and kill the baby and pretend her sin never happened, like other girls her age do.  I am all for pro-life. And the absteinance program taught in schools I am for that too. Writers like Steve Wood and James Dobson have written when boys and girls see the birth of a baby on video and also a complete abortion, they decide that they will abstain from s*x rather than have an abortion.  You have to realize we have to educate our children before they get into the 'situation and get pregant' and not know what to do.  The Planned Parenthood puts so much advertizement out there that girls see first but it's time we show the other side, afterall the people on this planet are really pro-life, cause once we have our children we sacrifice for them, so to it is when we are pregnant.  Being pregnant is only 9 months of your whole complete life, when I realize that you can give life and not kill a baby for being conceived, I commend all women who have babies even those born out of wedlock.

  2. Maybe it's because the 17 year old isn't running for VP and thus shouldn't be an issue.

Notice she only said her daughter wasn't fair game.

If you ran for public office and someone talked about your child, who was still in the eyes of the law a minor... How would you feel?

Let me guess... you would stand up to the cameras and beg them to focus on your child... right? Or wait... maybe you aborted your own flesh and blood... So I guess you wouldn't have to answer that question.

  3. More of the typical "do as I say, not as I do" conservative republican hypocrisy.

  4. Palin can't make her daughter's decisions for her. She didn't say, "Daughter, go get yourself knocked up!". Her daughter made her own choice (although it was a stupid one) and it's her business. Her daughter isn't on the ticket, Sarah is. People aren't voting for her daughter, they're voting for or against McCain/Palin. I've heard no mention of her daughter getting an abortion. It's always possible that she'll make the right choice and either raise the child or put it up for adoption. There is no law against teenagers getting pregnant-- it happens. At least she's not cowering out and taking the life of an innocent being to save face.

  5. The pregnancy of a child is a personal, private family matter.

When one goes about killing the unborn baby, then it is a public matter, made so in Roe v. Wade.  It will remain a public matter since our people are pretty equally split regarding abortion.

  6. Hear, hear.  It's good to see the shoe on the other foot.

  7. Sarah dragged her baby with Down's into the race and her son deploying to Iraq, she can't pick and choose which kids are part of the campaign and which aren't, she can't have it both ways.

  8. Last time I checked her daughter is not killing her baby.......................................

  9. Good point. The whole Roe v. Wade decision is based on a woman's privacy rights.  This is another example of political pragmatism trumping reason and logic.

  10. I say go ahead and keep attacking her daughter

When it backfires you can blame yourself for Obamas loss in november

  11. umm...wow, nice logic.

There is a difference between smearing a child over something, and murdering a living being.

  12. not when sarah is bragging about motherhood to win points , s***w that .

  13. She apparently wants to help us like she helped her teenage daugher who is currently  pregnant and unmarried..

She apparently thinks teenage  premarital s*x should be rewarded with praise and a trip to the White House.

  14. Hey Cyrano

Would you mind turning a little to the right.

    Ah yes it's you.

I always liked what Jesus said, :That which is done in secret will be shouted to the roof top" ... That's why we need fiddlers on the roof.

  15. Palin just doesn't want to be exposed to be the hypocrite that she really is.

  16. you stupid libs always forget that it is not just a women , there is another human life at stake, some choose to give it value while others treat it like trash. I think the Palin family can take anything you scum merchants can dish out, they will just consider the source.

  17. 1 and  KIDS ARE OFF LIMITS

#2 Yes even though the world now knows about her daughters ( thanks to the media bashing)pregnancy all they are asking for is their privacy and respect their decisions...   We dont live their life and it isnt affecting ours in any way  so leave it alone...

Put yourself in their shoes  and ask if this is what you would want ( oh I know we have so many virtuous people here that are going to say something on this too) if you yourself were going through what they are... I certianly wouldnt.. On the other hand I am pro life  so "choice" isnt in my vocabulary when it comes to that!!!

  18. Palin believes in a woman's right to choose as long as she's the woman and she's choosing for someone else.  That's always been the Republican position about reproductive freedom.

  19. Privacy? does she know what that is?
