This is seeming more and more like the whole 'pregnancy saga' is a intentional attempt to gain sympathy votes and deflect criticism as "liberal smears." McCain and Palin are both disgusting at this point. Ask for privacy, then bring the boyfriend on stage...WTF?

  1. Maybe Palin thought that VP meant Vulgarizing Pregnancy.

  2. Wow!  I didn't know that she did that.  That's a good point.

  3. The article says that he's attending the convention - I don't see anywhere about him being on stage...  it says the family, but certainly not him.  What you are doing is making an assumption - ask the question after it happens you idiot.

  4. its great entertainment but crummy government

isn't there a war going on??

  5. Since Palin is anti birth control, maybe she'll say...

"I'm so proud of Bristol and Levi, look how they listened to me!"

    (While pointing at Bristol's bump!)

  6. She's a marvelous example on to keep your household. Yup, yup.

  7. I think Levi's going to be traumatized for life.

  8. Well, we can see how badly the backlash over the situation is hurting the McCain/Palin candidacy.

Otherwise, Levi would have been left at home.

  9. The McBush campaign is using  Brittany Spears logic. Who will be first to shave heads - McPain or Farrah Palin ?

  10. The republicans are trying their best to spin this. This tact is called getting ahead of the polls, have the public see things in the bet possible light before poll reaction hits the web.

"This is just a bonus," Johnston said.

I'm quite sure when I was 18, if I told my mother I had a 'bonus' for her she'd be tickled pink.  No to mention telling her I'm dropping out of High School.  This time around Bristol Palin will not try to hide her pregnancy and Sarah Palin will be holding the baby.  The republicans will showcase two High School school drop-outs and expect the American public to support family values.

  11. It's very strange... makes no sense at all, actually.

  12. I agree, wtf?!  This is one of those cases where you can't win.  The moral meat heads are convinced that one of theirs could do no wrong and they aren't going to be swayed by any amount of evidence to the contrary.

  13. Are you people ever happy? I thought not.
