NYT article dated Sept 3, 2008.

Palin also faced a recall effort as mayor. Her home town is not as enamored with her as one would be lead to believe

  1. Provide a link or your smears aren't credible.

  2. show me proof governers  can't fire city librarians

thats up to the city and I notied you never told us what city either

    werid !

  3. You are not correct she did NOT fire her, but according to TIME MAGAZINE which is reliable she did want to ban books and threatened to fire her.

IF this is true, and yes there are two sides, than this woman is a grad a wack job.

"Stein says that as mayor, Palin continued to inject religious beliefs into her policy at times. "She asked the library how she could go about banning books," he says, because some voters thought they had inappropriate language in them. "The librarian was aghast." That woman, Mary Ellen Baker, couldn't be reached for comment, but news reports from the time show that Palin had threatened to fire Baker for not giving "full support" to the mayor."

  4. Do you have some kind of link or article to back this up? So far on this site I've heard that she is having a L*****n affair, that she had an affair with her daughters boyfriend and that she is a chinese spy. So, pardon me if I'm skeptical of any critical posts on this site.

  5. You're not telling the whole story.

If thisis the best you've got - half truths and partial facts that don't paint the right picture - you're in big trouble.
