  1. The senate's approval rating is somewhere around 14%.  That unfortunately also reflects on McCain.  McCain/Palin do, however, have a higher average approval rating than Biden/Obama.

  2. You need to research deeper.  Palin had an 80% apporval rating in a small, sparsely populated state BEFORE she did that business of getting her ex bro-in-law fired.  It's way down now!  The Alaskan's can't even believe McCain picked her.

    THEY DON'T LIKE HER.  haha

  3. I don't know what his approval rating is in Congress, but over 18 million people have voted for him so far in the Democratic primaries and over 2 million people have donated money to him.

Palin, on the other hand, received about 115,000 votes when she won the Governor's race in 2006 and has that approval rating (which isn't as high as 80% currently) in a state of almost 700,000 people.

  4. It doesn't matter because it's an apples to oranges comparison.  Besides A, Obama isn't running against Palin, B, Obama has a higher favorable rating than the person he is running against, John McCain and C, Rasmussen has her at 64% and not 80%.  .

  5. It's amazing, people put out nonsense information, and then everyone follows it like lemmings.  That's why so many on the Right followed Bush over the edge twice, and are about to do the same for McCain.

Guess what folks... when Obama was roughly at the same point in his time in office as Palin, he beat out the other 99 senaors to be  the MOST POPULAR SENATOR IN AMERICA.    (His score was 72% at this time, to be exact)

As for today's scores... from what I've seen Palin's current rating is 67% ... (the 80% you guys are quoting is older).  It seems the on going ethics scandal is taking its toll.  (I'm looking for a better source on that  67%, so if some can come up with something more accurate, please let me know.)

  6. Its easy to get a high approval rating when the people who approve of you (in Palin's case Alaskans) are the only ones being counted. I think McCain made a big mistake (She wants to teach creationism alongside evolution - Hooray for the dark ages again!)

Big Thumbs down to Palin and McCain.

  7. He doesn't have a rating in congress, he's a senator, not a congressman.

  8. Single digit.

  9. Obama hasn't voted yet on any thing other than naming post offices.

  10. Not even 1/2 as much as the Presidents.

  11. According to a Rasmussen poll from 8/4/2008, Obamas approval rating is 51%.  Overall, the approval rating for Congress is 9%.

  12. easy to get when you have been the governor of a forest preserve and the mayor of nowhere.

  13. Obama was determined to be the most liberal senator in office which is saying something but I don't know his approval rating. Maybe in Illinois they like elitist socialists.

  14. S. Colbert said: "easy to get when you have been the governor of a forest preserve and the mayor of nowhere."

quite not.  our last gov was approval at 21%.  Leadership matters in Alaska.

besides calling Alaska an 'f.. p..." distinguishes ignorance and disrespect for the 49th state, as well as elitist concepts.

  15. 9%

  16. Palin has high approval for two reasons:

    1) She hasn't been around long enough to alienate people.

    2) Oil is up and they're ALL on the payroll!  EVERY Alaskan gets a piece.  Sounds like SOCIALISM to me!

  17. The elitists will discount this #. They think they are better and smarter than Alaskans.

  18. Touché.

Let's just say it's safe to assume it isn't 80%.

  19. Rock Star Status or Jesus like status

  20. 67%

  21. He is best in voting.Better then Palin.....

  22. 9%, with a 9% margin of error.

  23. He only runs for a higher office.  So I would say 0%.  He doesn't do the job he is elected to do.  Simple facts.

  24. Ha ha Great question!! Well Bots WHAT IS IT??

  25. Barak is in Congress??

I mean I know he as the title of Senator from Illinois, but does he actually show up and do anything?

  26. hes in senate. 72%

  27. Lets see 80% of  the 200 people of Alaska?? And 10% are her kids.. Yeah I'd say you got that right hahahahahahhahha    I bet she is 100% on a deserted island too..
