After watching that video, one has to realize that even SHE didn't think she was the most qualified! Does this not proove that the Obama/Biden ticket is a much wiser one?

No, because Obama is not qualified either, and I'd have to give the slight edge to McCain over Biden.

And Biden said McCain should be Kerry's VP in 2004, so not  only does he think Obama is not experienced enough, he thinks McCain deserves to be in the white house
