5 months as a senator, the rest of the time campaigning. Will he count his childhood lemonade stand as business experience too?

  1. Why not claim the lemonade stand? If the GOP can claim the governor overseeing the Alaska National Guard, which has been deployed overseas her whole term under the command of the Pentagon, not her, as military experience, the lemonade stand is just as valid.

Frankly, the GOP tauting her "foreign policy" and "military" experience reminds me of people who seriously pad their resumes - "Sales liason for a fortune 500 company" really means worked the counter at McDonalds.

  2. The Democrats have put down Palin's experience as a small town mayor.  In her speech, she'll point out that being a small town mayor is similar to being a political organizer (Obama's primary experience).  However, she'll also point out that small town mayors, unlike political organizers, actually have responsibility.

  3. With a total population equal to Memphis Tenn. and oil tax accounting for 80% the states revenue, Alaska has a  38 billion surplus, each citizen received $1963.00 in rebate checks. No sales tax, no state income tax.     h**l, I could run that state, and I`m only in High school

  4. I can't believe he really said that. It's going to be great ammunition during a debate!

  5. AND  she LOVES raising taxes - is this what Repubs like?

  6. Yea, he's asking for a smack down.

They both have pretty cruddy experience, as far as governing goes, though.

  7. your wisdom is falling on deaf ears that have all ready lost their presidency now with resorting to lies and slander they are losing the numbers. the ones who don' t falter are the losers
