I recently upgraded from an ATI Radeon X1650 512mb to a Palit Geforce 8800gt 1gig card and I have been experiencing some major issues.First I downloaded the latest 8800gt drivers from Nvidia which caused memory parity error BSOD's constantly after about 5 mins of running to computer along with flicker at the top of the monitor and intermittent totally garbled display.I then downloaded the card specific drivers from Palit which stopped the memory parity BSOD's but left the flicker at the top of the monitor and intermittent garbled display on boot up. Now the comuter seems to have a garbled display on boot up which often causes crashes and BSOD's quoting a problem with nv_disp.dll, this only seems to happen when booting the computer after a length of time turned off though. I usually have to hard reboot the computer and cut all power to it for a minute to get a stable boot. But the flicker still remains up there and random crashes with the same nv_disp.dll message do still happen although rarely.Any ideas what could be causing this???Here is my rig setup:CPU + MoboIntel Pentium 4 - 3Ghz2gig RAM, 2.99GhzPSU:650W12+ 20AGPU:Palit Geforce 8800gt +1gigModel:Dell Dimension DIM9100Mouse:Logitech USB first/pilot mouse+Keys:Dell Standard USB keysMonitor:Dell Standard LCDHDD:ST3160023AS HDD 145gigThanks in advance for any help!Phil
