I want to know the meaning in English of the Hindi sentence typed above?

The fist word is ,perhaps, not pally but may be phally which means peanut.

If someone is flattered to such an extent, that he can be cheated or swindled or made to look like a fool, and the other fellow catches that he is being flattered, he asks the first fellow......Have you made me to mount over a peanut tree ?

There is no tree for peanut. It has small shrubs. Any one trying to mount the shrub is certain to fall on the ground.The one who was being flattered asks whether you wanted me to fall flat ?

Phally ka jhaad = peanut tree.

chadaya kya = did you make me go up the tree ?

It is commonly and jocularly uttered among friends in India. No malice is intended.
