Palm Centro Hot Sync Help!?

I recently got the Palm Centro from Sprint the first time i hotsynced it everything worked. This was before i had service though. About a week later i try hotsyncing and on the phone it just says that the connection could not be made? What's up with that? I have Palm Desktop

If it's very recent that you purchased the phone then you can call 18667507256 and they will help you with your question bc they actually make it easy for you by placing a sticky on the phone t help you with hotsyncing. If you didn't give them a call...you might have missed a step. Yikes...who knows.
