Palm Centro or LG Voyager??

I'm switching to verizon in a few days and am totally torn on what phone to get. Main uses will be texting, phone calls and snapping pics of the kids :), and I need a good calendar, and a notes/to do list type function would be great.

As far as other bells and whistles, they're not a make or break for me... though the gps/directions function on the Voyager would be handy to have. The VCast functions aren't really for me, and I am probably not signing up for a data plan unless my husband's discount makes it really worthwhile so utilizing the MS Word function on the Palm isn't coming into consideration.

right off the bat "main uses will be texting" get the voyager. there are many ways to text on the voyager including internal and external keyboards. the palm centro has a super tiny keyboard and only one on the front which is very hard to text on.

i was also torn between these two phones, and found out that voyager is really the better phone.
