Palm Centro?

Question

I bought a palm centro today and when I tried to hotsync it, it got confused with my old palm pilot (a Tungstun E) I want to put the information from my new phone to the computer as a back up but it's not working. Should I remove all palm software and reinstall with my new phone or can it back up both devices.

If you don't use the old device I would uninstall all of the palm software on the pc and then reinstall the software that came with the Centro.
