Palm Centro question? =)

Hey! I was thinking about getting the Palm Centro, but i read somewhere that they keys arn't backlit... is this true? thanks for your help! and any other problems you have with the phone let me know!

if the keys werent backlit it'd be impossible to text when it got even a little dark outside.

The keys ARE backlit, in fact, its the same brightness as u set the main screen so they can be dimmed.

HOWEVER, sometimes, the backlight won't turn on, in which case, you must take out the battery. this happened to me but after i dropped it a few times.
