Palm Centro red light?

Hey guys I bough my palm centro about 3 weeks ago and now when i put in my battery it just shows a red light and doesn't turn on.

All answers are helpful, just not stupid answers.

I would suggest replacing the batteries at this point then.



The only other thing I could suggest would be a hard reset. Also if you're charging them both at the same wall plug, move to a different one.
