Palm centro... help mee!?

i need help i just got the palm centro and i got the internet too so i no thats not why it isnt working but the web will not work wen i go to use it is says "error:gprs connection not available. check your settings in network preferencesand/or try again later. (0x7143) what does that mean??????

I am Guessing with that error you have the ATT vs Sprints Centro, right.

If that be the case, here is what I found.

Error: GPRS was unsuccessful.

Explanation: MMS service is not activated on the SIM card.

Error: GPRS was unsuccessful. GPRS parameters not supported.

Explanation: The APN name is wrong.
