Palm centro ringtones, Please helppp!! How do you install ringtones stored in my pc into my cell?

add a ringtone to the phone without using the internet or texting i tried hotsyncing it n nothing shows up when i do it i tried saving it to the chip and it dosent let let set it as a ringtone so i wanna know how you set a file saved in my pc as a ringtone on my phone???please help.thankyou

  1. you could use ringtone converter then transfer to your phone using usb data cable.

The drawback of having a Palm is that you can't download ringtones onto it :( I was so upset when I found this out.  But if you have the application like the other girl that answered said, you can make the ringtones! So I'm really glad she said that because I didn't know you could download them from cnet.  Either you could try downloading one of those applications (like I'm about to do lol) or you could use voice recordings as ringtones (like I've done for the past year and a half lol) but it's hard to get a good quality recording.

  3. What format are your ringtones saved in? Make sure they are in a format that your phone can read. Have you tried using a program like Ringo pro (cost) or minitones (free). You can get them both off of cnet.com in the downloads section. Minitones lets you edit songs (mp3s) and save them as ring tones.
