Palm itching nd nosing itches??

what does it mean when your left palm itches? and when when nose itches?

allergic reaction to something you came in contact with.. And what? could be any number of a zillion triggers. From a food, a plant, pet dander, perfumes, medicine, soaps, just about anything.. but it sure sounds like an allergy
