Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula?

The back of it says it's 'excellent as a after tanning butter.' What does that mean? Does it bring the tan out more, or make it last longer? Or what?

  1. It means that it will help keep your skin moisturized so your skin can keep the pigment longer.  


  2. ► no it does not. it softens the skin so that it will not be dry after you tan.
