Palpark Help?

i got the national dex today, and i need to migrate pokemon from leaf green to diamond and the option to migrate hasnt come up yet. Dose anyone know why??

maybe your gba catridge broken, or maybe your leafgreen broken??

I'm  pretty you need to actually go to pal park before you can migrate them. Have you been yet? That may be your problem.
