Pampers underjams?

my little brother has been wetting the bed for a week or so and he doesnt want our parents to know for some reason he came to me idk why he has a size 32 waste isnt fat and weighs about 145 lbs would the xl under jams fit him even though they say up to 85 lbs

No I doubt they would fit him. 85 lbs is a huge difference from 145.

He should probably wear adult diapers - there's a whole aisle of them at the drugstore.

Please help him tell your parents.  There may be a serious urinary tract issue.  It is not his fault.  Something is wrong and needs to be evaluated.
