  1. Pain killers are allopathy medicine and panadol is I think ayurvedic or some other

  2. they are both pain killers its just that Panadol is not strong and effective as some pain killers. Panadol takes a long time to ease the pain whereas some painkillers work right there

  3. well over here Panadol is a brand of pain killer , i think it has Paracetamol in it. Its made by GlaxoSmithKline.

  4. Panadol..Panamax..Dymadon.....they are all Paracetamol . Now you also have the NSAID family of painkillers...and a further family....called opiates which are stronger(i.e. Tramadol...Codeine etc)

The NSAID family of painkillers are..Nurofen....Naprosyn.....Aspirin....... However whilst Paracetamol is gentle to the stomach...the NSAID family are not and cause serious gastric problems in susceptible people. Remember always take the NSAID pain killers AFTER meals..NOT on an empty stomach
