do you know anything about panama because im going there tomorrow i live in cincinnati

I am in Ohio also and visit Panama City regularly.  The area is beautiful and the water is less rough than the Atlantic.  Visit Shell Island and the St. Andrew's State Park for clear water and the softest sand.  The state park offers a ferry to the island and rents snorkeling equip.  Watch carefully and you will see dolphins!
