And if it is...

1. How much does it cost in US dollars?

2. How many hours will it take to get there?

3. Where in Panama City do I get on the bus?

4. What times do they leave Panama City?

  1. It is possible. A lot of buses go to David and from there to Chanuinola or Almirante.

It is a long boring bus ride, but cheaper than flying.

You take the bus from the bus terminal at Albrook.

Cost by taxi from the city is about two twenty five.

You buy a ticket to David.  I can't remember what it cost

but it was very cheap. About $30 or less.

The buses leave all day long.

It will take about nine to ten hours even twelve if they stop a lot. The buses have toilets.

The ride will end at the terminal in David.

You should spend the night in David.

But you might get a bus that rides through the night.

Get a bus from David to Changuinola. Cost is about 12 bucks. Those buses may not have toilets.

Takes about five hours from David to Almirante or Changuinola.

I'd get off at Almirante, take a taxi to the water taxi docks, two bucks.

From there get a water taxi to Bocas. Cost is five to eight bucks.

The ride from David to Almirante is pretty, nice scenery.

Don't drink a lot of liquids.
