Panama-I need a great beach on the pacific side near Panama City?

Any suggestions? I will be going to Bocas del Toro on the Caribbean but we also wanted to try a great beach on the Pacific side and we will only be in Panama City for 3 days, so if there is a good beach to go to for a day trip please let me know!
