Panamanians: Why are we so blunt ?

I'm covinced the Greeks and Latinos are related. Both have emphatic laanguages, that make them very blunt by nature of the culture, and the languages spoken.

I know you question is to other Panamanians, however, I wanted to chime in to say I don't find Panamanians overly blunt.

Maybe it has to do with the mix of cultures.  Sooo many different people living together in such a small piece of land, require an unspoken code to get along.  

We just tell it as it is, otherwise we will never understand each other,
