Panasonic AG DVX100B camera: Compatible microphone?

Question

I'm searching for a compatible, external microphone for my Panasonic AG DVX100B camera. I'm recording how-to videos for use on my website. It must have these features:

Wired lavaliere, uni-directional, 3-port XLR connector, and condenser. Please give as many options as possible. Thank you!

The others from AudioTechnica and Sennheiser (among other manufacturers) connect to XLR-M (mini) meant to connect to a bodypack which may be wireless (so you need the wireless base-station to connect to your camera's full-sized XLR jack or a wired body pack that connects to your camera's full-sized XLR jack...

The first thing I would say is that you should not get a uni-directional mic for video purposes. Uni-directional mics are only used for PA systems.  You will get much better sound for video from an omni directional mic.
