Panasonic CF-27

Question

I have an ageing CF-27 with a 300mhz PII

I have seen refurbished CF-27 being sold with a 500mhz PIII

I would like to know if these are running the same mother board as my machine, and if so how should I go about updating,

I'm mostly asking because I need another 50mhz to run power DVD, so a less demanding DVD player would also help!
