Panasonic Cordless Phone KX-TCA120EX Unknown PIN for Handset?

Hello everyone

I wonder if anyone here has any idea how to reset this phone without a PIN? The phone has obviously been used along the way and the PIN changed, even though I thought it was a new phone!

Now I'd like to reset the phone, but can't do so without this PIN.

Any ideas are greatly appreciated!

The PIN is probably set on the base, not the handset.  At what point is it asking for it?
