Panasonic DMC-TZ3 Black OR Silver?

Question

Hi im just about to buy the Dmc-TZ3 camera and was wondering which is the best colour and finish any advise would be of great help thanks Anthony

ok, i have this camera too in BLACK. but- the slightest accidental drop, or scratch, and the black colour disappears leaving a silver mark! go for a silver one, much safer cos even if it does scratch, it'll hardly show up unlike the black one where a scratch shows up like a sore thumb!..cue the fine tip permanent markers from the stationary cupboard......(!)

also, a couple of ppl have had the cheek to say my black tz3 has an 'old' camera look about it- like an older slightly bigger aps camera..and du know what, i kinda know what they mean.

anyway, its what's on the insiade that counts.. but silver is more modern-ish looking.  good luck with it. by the way- it doesnt give great pics in low light, mainly indoors, a really good review i came across today http://www.photographyblog.com/reviews_p... and also read the 'comments' ppl made regarding the review. its helpful. but all in all, the zoom is to die for!

Hey I just got one of those, they're great btw espesh the macro.

But I must say I think the black looks a hundred times nicer but it is also more expensive.  You might as well get the silver, it doesnt look THAT bad and noone really cares what it looks like just so long as it take nice photos.

P.S  it looks alot nicer once the stickers are off  :)   Happy snapping
