Panasonic Lumix - LCD & viewfinder WHITE

My Lumix DMC-FZ50 worked fine until yesterday.Now LCD and viewfinder are totally white and blank.I can display photos on card, also see photo information. I can take photos but they turn out to be totally white.The camera is about 8 months old and never been dropped or knocked around.PLEASE HELP! Thanks
