Panasonic PV-GS320 trouble. connection?

Question

ok so i cant figure out how to get the tapes to my computer any thoughts? also cant get the webcam to work.

also if you know of any camcorder help websites post tese and i will select a best answer. +10

you have to put the camcorder switched on to playback and connect a 4 pin firewire to the computer.  use either moviemaker (windows) or imovie (mac).
