The cable company screwed up their CableCard support. In order to fix it, we need to do a reset on the TV. When we try this, it prompts for a password. I'm about 99% that I never set a password. I contacted Panasonic to see if there was a way to force a reset of the password. No luck. However, they did suggest two ways to force a reset on the TV itself. 1) Hold volume-down on the TV and OK the remote. 2) Pull the power cord for 2-3 minutes. The first didn't work. The second did put us into first-time-setup mode, but the card was still not recognized (so I'm not sure if this method didn't work or if it did and we have a separate cable company problem). My question is: Does anyone know a way to force a password reset or a sure-fire way to force a TV reset? Thanks for any help.
