Panasonic SDR-H18 SD/Hard disk video camera bought in USA, can't upload to PC or CD as format wrong?

It seems to be faster than UK format - frame speed? You can watch back on video camera but not on TV or PC! What can I do?

  1. Most TVs in the UK are dual standard, and PCs don't care what format the files are in - they're just files.  You may simply be unlucky with your TV, but what happens when you try to transfer to your PC?


  2. UK broadcast is in PAL, while the US is NTSC.  Check to see if the camera is able to change the output, usually in the menu system.
