Panasonic microwave NNA554W combi

Question

The door wpn't close. The catches seem to be very loose, therefore I am unable to use it. I have a Whatever Happens agreement which expires 18/08/11. I have tried ringing, after endless buttons to press and listening to the ringing tone for several minutes, I am told there is a fault. What can I do?
