Panasonic or LG LCDs ? Or any other brands ?

Or any other good brands or models that you might have any idea about.

I saw LG and Panasonic 32 inch LCD for A$ 1200. Is this a good price?

I want to spend maximum A$1500.

LG is better....though sony is even better.

Read the Consumer Reports 11/07 HDTV article that rates both LCD performance and reliability for a 32". You can get this thru an on-line subscription or at your public library. Panasonic came in no. 1 and Sony no. 2, although they were very close. This goes along, anecdotally, with my experience. Get either one, depending on price, and you'll be satisfied, and will pay less than $1500. Both are top performers and higher rated than LG. Good hunting!

Sony an samsung are the most reliable brands really , dnt go for lg they aint as good as panasonic
