Panasonic tv blinking light 10times/3 sec?

My 2years old Panasonic TH-50PX6U tv, power doesn't turn on and only blinking light. When I blow dry with hair dryer a couple minutes to power supply board it's ok. Every morning I've to do it over and over again. Do I need to replace the board or some fixing? I never fix the TV only upgrade to my computer. Thanks in advance.

You say it comes on when you blow heat across its power supply board? You probably have a cold solder joint then, real common in cheap electronics like modern TV sets. Check all the traces and resolder anything marginal. Also, be careful you don't cook yourself! As you probably know, TVs have real high voltages at certain points, power supply included.
