WHEN I ENGAGE THE POWER SWITCH THE RED ON LIGHT BLINKS BUT I HAVE NO POWER TO THE TV. THE LIGHT BLINKS 6 TIMES, THEN THE LIGHT GOES OUT FOR SIX SECONDS. THEN IT REPEATS THE CYCLE OVER AND OVER. IS THEIR ANYONE OUT THERE THAT IS ABLE TO HELP ME.
